With over 23 years of experience serving the Chicagoland area, Siobhan has built a reputation as a trusted real estate broker, developer, and entrepreneur who helps people move from uncertainty to ownership, and from ownership to lasting impact.
Pronounced shuh-VAWN. Her name is of Irish origin and means “God is gracious.”

Siobhan holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
She is the Designated Managing Broker of Chicago Mobile Realty, where she supports first-time homebuyers, investors, and multi-family clients on their path to ownership. She is also a proud graduate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Developer’s Academy, where she expanded her expertise in real estate development, project structuring, and community-focused investment strategies.
Currently serving as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Region IX of NAREB, Siobhan provides leadership, governance oversight, and strategic direction across multiple states. In this role, she supports local boards, ensures compliance with national standards, and advances NAREB’s mission of “Democracy in Housing.” She is also an active committee member with the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, contributing to both the Member Task Force and the Professional Development Committee to strengthen member engagement, education, and industry excellence.

Beyond real estate, Siobhan is a co-owner of The Rhoyal Bistro Live, a thriving hospitality brand known for elevated dining experiences paired with live entertainment. Under her leadership, the business has served over 41,000 guests and generated more than $2.8 million in revenue within its first year, positioning it for continued expansion and franchising.

She is also the visionary behind the “Own Your Future” financial literacy series, designed to educate individuals on real estate, entrepreneurship, credit, and wealth-building strategies. Her work consistently bridges business success with meaningful community impact, with a focus on empowering underserved populations and advancing opportunities for women in business.
